I'm a human. What can I say?

I'm a human. What can I say?
(for some of you know what I'm talking about)
Well, it's a secret if you don't know what it meant to be.
It's actually for DVTV vloggers who got involved under one vlog.

Through Deaf Eyes

While I was taking my kids to see their grandpa to celebrate Father’s Day, I was silently watching birds in the tree by his house.

You caught your eyes on birds getting into a tree . . .
You could see their chirping and wings fluttering around . . .
You could count how many birds are there . . . counting to 10.

A haiku through Deaf eyes:

First day of Summer
The noises of busy birds
Chirping and fluttering

~Deb Ann

Now I'm going to take my husband out to eat for celebrating Father's Day with our kids. Have a great day!

Happy Father's Day!!

Before It's Too Late

Deb Ann: I hope it touches your heart. It did for me. Take one step at a time and make a difference for yourself and everyone else. In this video, look for powerful short messages people holding the cards in their hands. Enjoy!

Transcript:
My best friend gave me the best advice
He said each day's a gift and not a given right
Leave no stone unturned
Leave your fears behind
And try to take the path less traveled by
That first step you take is the longest stride
If today was your last day,
Tomorrow was too late,
Could you say good bye to yesterday...
(would you, would you)
Would you live each moment like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past?
Donate every dime you have?
(Would you, Would you)
If today was your last day
(What if, what if, if today was your last day)
Against the grain should be a way of life
What's worth the price is always worth the fight
Every second counts cause there's no second try
So live like you're never living twice
Don't take the free ride in your whole life
What if, What if
If today was your last day,
Tomorrrow was too late,
Could you say goodbye to yesterday..
Would you, Would you
Would you live each monent like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past?
Donate every dime you have?
Would you, would you
And would you call old friends you never see..
Reminisce memories?
Would you forgive your enemies?
Would you, would you
And would you find that one your dreaming of,
Swear up and down to God above,
That you'll finally fall in love?
If today was your last day
If today was your last day,
Would you make your mark,
On mending a broken heart?
You know it's never too late.
To shoot for the stars,
Regardless of who you are
So do whatever it takes,
Cuase you can't rewind
a moment in this life.
Let nothing stand in your way,
Cuase the hands of time
Are never on your side
If today was your last day
Tomorrow was too late,
Could you say goodbye to yesterday?
Would you live each moment like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past?
Donate every dime you have?
Would you, Would you
And would you call old friends you never see..
Reminsice memories?
Would you forgive your enemies?
would you, could you
And would you find that one your dreaming of,
Swear up and down to God above,
That you'll finally fall in love?
If today was yoru last day

Weep about being D/deaf...What!?

Some deaf people feel stressed about having struggles in areas specific to their deafness in various ways. They forget a great compliment in their life and are not grateful even though they should be. With my great desire to show the light for them, I want to show them that they need to start taking action and vision great things involved in their entire life. Seeing what they already have is a great result. They’ll be happier and find it more resilient afterwards.

A haiku for you:

I'm so thrilled to know
Great things into my whole life
Visioning them now

Haiku in Deaf Eyes

Thunderstorm flashes
Alerting wide eyes as still
Wait ‘till it passes

Deaf Mother's Job (Love, Secure, Comfort)

Last night, I was really deep in sleeping, not feeling anything or the vibration of loud thunders that sound like hitting in the backyard by our house. Hannah woke me up, and I was really trying to become awake fully to give Hannah a comfort. She was so scared and alert by the thunderstorms after midnight. My deaf husband could feel it, and it did alert him.

Most of times, I could feel it when it happens, but last night I felt nothing and slept really well. Anyway, I comforted Hannah and Brandon until it passed. I thought . . . I’m so grateful to be deaf for a peaceful sleep but a mother’s job to be done

A Salute to Brave Men & Women

A salute to brave men and women who fight for our freedom and theirs

Pray for my son in law's brother, Brandon and my daughter's closet friend, Ben who are
in Afghan this summer for strength, protection, and safety return.
Thank you,

Deb Ann

New Background?

I'm not sure if I like this new background, so what do you think of this? Or would you like it what it was before? Please let me know what you think.

Thanks,
