a restraining order

If you are in an abusive relationship, you feel you can not get away from your abuser.
You may need to get a retraining order if your abuser keeps trying to get you back in his control.  As for an example, he knew my weakness that I would go back if he picked up my youngest kid from a school. I had told them that if it happened, I would not turn back to him if he took my youngest one away from me.   That's how I got my R.O.   Getting a restraining order placed on your abuser this can make staying away from them much easier.  It's also for peace on yourself. If you don't have a R.O. , you need to check it out ( the link I give).  You need to have your
own healthy journey to get a complete recovery.   Stay strong.   Remember you do NOT deserve any kind of abuse in your life if your abuser has not changed.
